Constructed by landlord Raja Ram Roy in Khalia during the seventeenth century, this protected monument represents classic Bengal char-chala brick architecture. The two-storied shrine features nine interior chambers and exterior walls covered with terracotta tiles illustrating episodes from the Ramayana, Mahabharata, and contemporary social life. Now maintained by the Department of Archaeology, the structure retains exquisite clay carvings despite partial settling of its lower level into the ground.
