Built upon Khan Jahan Ali's death in 1459, this square brick mausoleum crowns a raised terrace above the expansive Thakur Dighi reservoir. The stone cenotaph inside bears carved Persian inscriptions detailing his passing, while the outer walls carry curved eaves and terracotta brick bands. Devotees gather on the stone steps of the pond to feed resident marsh crocodiles that swim up when called by the shrine caretakers. Visitors must remove their shoes at the outer gate before entering the courtyard.
