Opened in 2018 at Char Fasson town centre, this 16-storey steel-and-concrete watchtower stands 225 feet tall. High-speed capsule elevators with glass walls carry visitors to the observation deck, which features high-powered telescopes surveying surrounding farmland, rivers, and the distant Bay of Bengal horizon. The base opens onto an illuminated municipal park with fountains and walking tracks. Visit an hour before sunset for the clearest light across the island delta.
