Built around 1704 to 1728 CE by dewan Ramnath Bhaduri under the patronage of the Natore Raj, this monument at Hatikumrul in Ullapara is one of Bangladesh's most impressive Hindu architectural treasures. The square brick temple rises across three diminishing storeys and was originally crowned by nine ornamental pinnacles (ratnas), giving it the Navaratna designation. The outer walls are adorned with terracotta plaques displaying floral vines, geometric bands, and figurative motifs. The compound also includes two adjacent historic shrines dedicated to Shiva and Durga.
