Local revenue collector Chand Gazi Bhuiyan commissioned this brick mosque around 1701 during the reign of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. Its thick walls support three ribbed domes and four corner minarets, with terracotta leaf and floral mouldings embellishing the central doorway. The structure remains an active prayer hall serving the surrounding village, set beside an ancient pond and open fields. Visitors should dress modestly and remove shoes before entering the interior prayer chamber.
