Constructed around 1778 beside the Kazla River, this was one of the earliest English indigo factories founded in the Nadia-Meherpur tract. The site contains the crumbling red-brick skeleton of the manager's residence, an arched chapel, sentry outposts, and deep wells half-covered by banyan roots. Far less visited than Amjhupi, the compound sits quietly amid mango orchards and quiet country trails. Watch your footing around collapsed masonry floors and unpaved perimeter ditches.
